Limited Editions: All prints are limited to 1,000 copies. Once sold out, the design will not be reproduced.

Orders and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

Wall Arts:

We offer global shipping for all wall art collections.

While we strive to meet these timeframes, external factors such as customs or third-party delays may extend delivery.

Home Décor Collection:

All home décor items (including sculptures, artistic vases, and other decorative pieces) are made to order or sourced from specialised partners.
Standard shipping lead time: 7–14 business days.
On-Time Guarantee: If your order is not shipped within this timeframe, you will automatically receive 5% store credit as a goodwill gesture for the delay.

General Notes:

Shipping is free for international and domestic orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any redelivery costs due to incorrect details may be charged to the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or carrier service disruptions.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our wall art and home décor collections, Da Vinci Arts does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference. This policy ensures the integrity and exclusivity of each artwork we offer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@davinciarts.com.au.
We will arrange a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Proof of the damage or defect (such as photos or videos) may be required for assessment.
Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed, as it may be needed for return or inspection.

Once your claim has been approved, your refund will be processed within 4–7 business days to your original payment method.
