Return Policy
If you change your mind, you may return a Da Vinci Arts product within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition, and the mounting system must not have been used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of a partial return, the original shipping cost is not refunded. Custom prints are non-refundable. For our mounting systems and accessories, partial returns are not possible.
To be eligible for a refund, all components of the product, including any accessories, must be returned in the original packaging or in a package clearly labelled with the appropriate shipping label. Please ensure the label is printed in colour and meets the required dimensions.
Please include your full shipping details on the return package as per your order and print the return form (which you may find here) to enclose with the package. This will help us identify your order and expedite the refund process.

After we receive the returned package, we will contact you to confirm the cancellation of your order. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of cancellation, though we strive to complete this as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
