Refund policy
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our wall art and home décor collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.
This policy helps preserve the exclusivity and authenticity of each artwork we produce.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and inspecting every order before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@davinciarts.com.au.
We will arrange a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Proof of the defect or damage (e.g., photos or video) may be required. Please retain all packaging materials until your claim has been assessed.
Refund Processing
Once your claim has been approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days using your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, we recommend checking with your financial institution first. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@davinciarts.com.au for further assistance.
Sale and Promotional Items
Refunds or replacements are available only for damaged or defective items, even if purchased during a sale or promotion.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on discounted products.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if your product is faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality.
